CrowdHandler Shopify App - Mapping Your Products

What does it do?

Creates CrowdHandler waiting rooms that will protect your chosen Shopify product, product variant, or collection.

1. Click the "Map your products" link.

   

Mapping a Product#

1. Click Setup waiting room for the product that you'd like to protect.

   

2. Your product will change to "protected".

   

3. Select Edit waiting room.

   

4. You will be directed to your newly created CrowdHandler waiting room. Here you can customize your waiting room if necessary. Read more about configuring waiting rooms.

   

Mapping a Collection#

1. Click Setup waiting room for the collection that you'd like to protect.

   

2. Your collection will change to "connected".

   

3. Products that are part of the collection will change to "protected".

   

4. Select Edit waiting room against your collection.

   

5. You will be directed to your newly created CrowdHandler waiting room. Here you can customize your waiting room if necessary. Read more about configuring waiting rooms.

   

Mapping a Product Variant#

Note: Finding a Product Variant ID — Shopify's find-a-variant-ID guide

1. Refer to and complete the steps described in the "Mapping a Product" instructions.

2. Manually add the variant ID query string to the end of the "URLs containing" value.

3. Manually append the product variant ID to the product ID in the "Waiting room slug" field using a hyphen as a separator.
